Invalid user authentication - error while accessing Lead Entity in dynmamics 365 RRS feed

  • Hi Team

    I have imported managed solution into the Dynamics 365 environment.In lead entity ,the user with system customizer role edited the lead form ,removed some fields from form and save changes and published the changes , then after that not able to access the lead entity and showing as Invalid user authentication error for all the users and even for the user who has system administrator role also and shown as below:

    Invalid User Authorization
    The user authentication passed to the platform is not valid.

    Could you please help on this issue.

  • Hi,

    You may have some javascript on the onload event that is using the fields that were removed to fetch something from CRM in the background.

    Check your javascript on that page for httprequests, then replace the fields that are in the code.

    OR

    Add the all the fields back and hide them.

    The javascript has no dependency with the removed fields on the form.

    We tried uninstalling the managed solution and imported again , still facing the same issue with the Lead entity-Invalid user authentication error as mentioned above.
