    Hi Expects how can l avoid duplicate emails being send to the same user/contact from CRM. Further more how can l preserve CRM storage on the Servers.

    Hi,

    Can you elaborate your question? Y is it sending duplicate emails?

    When will it send duplicate emails?

    If i understand your question correctly, User is being part of different groups when you send emails to groups , the same email is being sent, is it right?

    If yes, Add a Two option set, Create a Plugin on Create Email and write logic to Update new field with yes when it sends first time and Check the value every time before an email sent.
