Hi,
There are many small challenges when running outlook crm client in a citrix environment. Items I'd recommend:
--Upgrade the server to UR 6 or 7.
--Be sure you have a certain registry key to reduce memory consumption for the outlook crm client
--If you have have multiple servers in your citrix environment, see if you can set affinity so users connect to the same server
--On the couple problematic users, blow away and re-create their profile.
