  • Question

  • Hello,

    I wanted to do a certification on Microsoft project. I have the following question;

    I know Microsoft Project 2010 is ideal to do - but there is no preparatory material available. Then is it worrthwhile to do Microsoft 2007 instead. When will Microsoft Prooject 2007 usueually become redundant?

    Vijay

  • When the technology (Projects 2007 in your case) officially loses support from microsoft,  your certification will be put in "retired" status. I would still think that it is worthwhile for getting the 2007 cert since it has more preparatory materials, which makes you getting more practice before the exam.

    My guess Project 2007 would retire in 5+ years?
