Subscribed to 05/11/09 But Says I Need to Renew and Has Stopped Working! RRS feed

  • Hello,

    I renewed my Onecare subscription on 5/November/08 for another year and everything has been working fine.
    At 14:00 (UK) today the Onecare icon on one of the laptops in my Onecare circle went red and the following is displayed in the Onecare control window:

    "URGENT
    Renew to stay protected.
    Onecare protection for this PC has ended. Renew your subscription now to help protect your PC and files. (Note, after you renew this notice may persist for a day).
    "


    Before this occured the Onecare control panel, correctly, said I had 10 months left on my subscription!

    So even though I have 10 months remaining I pressed the Renew button out of interest, entered my email and password and I got the following.

    "
    Unable to complete request

    This subscription cannot be renewed because it is one of the following:

    • Expired with violation
    • Suspended
    • Cancelled
    For help changing the status of your subscription or completing your purchase, call (800) 386-5550."


    This is frustrating and odd particularly because the Onecare on my hub PC is working fine and is part of the same subscription!

    Any advice please?
