Task Creation Plugin RRS feed

  • Plugin creates a task for case from task master entity. Please can any one explain me how to create this , and what is task here?

  • Task is a type of an activity in Dynamics CRM. Dynamics CRM supports different type of activities like task, phonecall, appointment, letter, fax service appointment etc...

    One would like to create a task for a case as soon as a new case is created to have someone follow-up with the customer on the case just registered.
