  I just tried a couple of the Virtual Labs here:

  http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/sqlserver/learning-center/virtual-labs.aspx

  and they worked just fine. Can you provide some more information about what labs exactly you are using?

  None of them seems to be working. For example, when I connect to the first lab "Introduction to SQL Server 2012 AlwaysOn Availability Groups (SQL 200)", the final message it throws is

  I just tried out the lab you mentioned (SQL 200). It worked well, here is the screen capture:
