    I'm working in Picture Manager with scanned images. I basically want to stick two of them together to make a bigger image - if I didn't have to do this electronically I could just tape them together! Where/who do I ask about how to do that?

    I would like to help.

    But how large are your pictures? If small enough, you can just use MSpaint to perform that action. Otherwise you'll need some 3rd party softwares like Adobe Photoshop to do this. 

    MSpaint can be visited following the below steps:

    • Press Win+R to get Run...
    • Just type in "mspaint" and press Enter
