CRM 4.0- Customization Import failed RRS feed

    Hi,

    I am trying to import customizations from one enviornment to another and getting this error in eventvwr. Does anybod have any idea to fix this?

    This is CRM 4.0 RU 15 environment.

    "Customization Import failed. Error: ExecuteNonQuery requires an open and available Connection. The connection's current state is closed."

    Hi,

    Please try to import entities in chunks like 10 entities at a time. If you want to import everything in one go, then increase your OLEDBTimeout timeout settings using this link:Timeout Changes

    Try importing your customizations after the change.
