Windows Free stuff/ promotions (free DVD player -codec)

  I had no problem seeing the free DVD player upgrade on a 64 bit but no matter how I update my upgraded Win 8.1 pro 32 bit to Windows 10 pro, the Free Microsoft DVD player won't show up on the start menu. (or windows features)

  Is there a link where the upgrade program will check if you really went to the upgrade and  therefore be entitled and automatically download your copy of free Microsoft DVD codec?

  I put a lot of effort in upgrading my tablet PC  from Windows 8 to Windows 8.1 to Microsoft 10 just to get the FREE Microsoft DVD codec (free dvd player).

  Is the free (from upgrade to 10)  Windows DVD player available on 32 bit?
