The memory on my winblu phone appears to be depleted. There is still plenty of space on the SD card but a windows explorer shows that memory on the phone itself is used up. I'm having the following problems:
cannot use texting function
cannot make phone calls
cannot access contacts
basically...cannot perform functions on phone itself (I presume due to unavailable memory)
I am able to connect to the internet on the phone..that's about it.
I connected the phone to the computer to see about downloading/deleting files to free up space (I cannot manage space on phone itself right now b/c this process is currently unavailable) and find that:
Windows Explorer shows the phone connected to the computer but opening up the phone OR SD card shows NO FILES.
Any suggestions on how to clean up this phone so I can get it working again?
