As a subscriber, you get to support via the Help option in OneCare.
I do not believe that you have two version of OneCare running. What you may have is the Windows Live OneCare Safety scanner ActiveX control from the free online scanner installed. It will show in the list of installed programs.
If you have a OneCare icon in the system tray, it is green, and clicking it opens OneCare, you don't have a problem with OneCare. Two versions of OneCare cannot co-exist on the PC.
