MSCRM 2011 ribbon editor not appearing while accessing from gateway(from outside the organization).

  Hi All,

  We are working on MS CRM 2011 On Premise Authentication. it is working fine while accessing from inside organization. The ribbon editor get disappeared when it is accessing from outside organization via some gateway(organization level  authenticated portal). please suggest.
