Appointments getting deleted in Bulk - CRM 2011 - Outlook plugin issue RRS feed

    One of users reported an issue that when she was creating an working on an appointment synched from CRM a bunch of her appointments disappeared from CRM however they were still available in Outlook with no tracking information.

    Further investigation revealed the appointments (around 30 of them) got deleted under the users name from CRM within a period of a minute. As per the user she did not delete any records in CRM. Have anyone faced such a situation before or heard of it?

    We are on UR11 for CRM 2011 on premise installation.
