  • Hi, I am trying to create Last Activity Date fields in CRM 2013 so I can track which Accounts/Contacts have not been contacted in X days/months. I have created 4 different workflows to achieve this for E-mail, Appointment, Task and Phone Call.  Only fields that are updating are Phone Call and Task.  This is probably because Phone Call and Task are currently being created in CRM while E-mail and Appoinment is done in Outlook. Does anyone know how the workflows need to be different for E-mail/Appointment?

    Workflow that I use for Task for instance is as follows:  IF Task: Subject - Contains Data THEN Contact: Regarding - Equals - Regarding (Contact) Contact.  UPDATE Regarding (Contact) - Set Properties (Process - Execution Time in Last Task field).
