My Windows IS GENUINE! Please help. RRS feed

  • I keep suddenly getting an error saying my windows is not genuine. It is in fact genuine. I bought it from Dell about 5 years ago. Here are the details from my report below. It is Windows XP Home Edition and there is a COA on the computer.

  • Apparently, someone who had access to your Dell computer installed an illegal copy of Windows XP Professional.  To correct this:
