OCS integration with PBX RRS feed

  • Question

We are trying to integrate SIP PBX with sip trunk between pbx and OCS using SIP Express router as UDP/TCP converter. We are getting below error when we start  the Mediation Server.

The A/V Authentication Service returned invalid response. Connections that require Firewall traversal will not be successful.

    Response Code: 482

    Response Text: Loop detected

Cause: Either the A/V Authentication Service is not running or unreachable.

Verify that A/V Authentication Service is reachable from the computer running Office Communications Server. The response text may also indicate a configuration issue.

When we call from SIP PBX to OCS via SIP Express Router, SIP INVITE is going to the OCS. But there is no response. How do we map an extn no for the OCS user. So that when call comes from SIP PBX the OCS Client responds. We added an extn no for a user in My Phone Number of the OCS User but no response was there.

Can anyone help us  to resolve this. Is it possible to integrate sip pbx with OCS Beta using SIP trunk?

    Thanks & Regards
