SyncToy with XP. How do I create Pairs that include docs/pictures from ALL accounts (some are password protected)?

  SyncToy with XP.  How do I create Pairs that include docs & pictures from ALLuser  accounts (some are password protected) to create simple one-step backup process?  I tried to use "Documents & Settings" but it did not copy all docs & pictures of all users. Thanks for your help!
