Remove From My Forums

Slow website connection

After just now installing One Care (trial version), I cannot get into website. I did my usual log in routine, it took 6 minutes to connect to the site and has been 35 minutes connecting to the "bill pay" section of the site.

Is it a firewall issue? A phishing issue? Or?????? Whatever it is...I need help!

Not a ton of experience with this stuff so be gentle with me and I'll respect you in the morning,

It sounds like you may have a conflict with other security software left on the PC.

Are you having difficulty connecting to only the One Care site or all websites?
