  • Hi Sanjay,

    Answers to your questions:

    1. If you go to this page : http://support.microsoft.com/kb/2891271/en-us you will find the list of issues fixed in UR 1. Pros are that there are a lot of issues which are fixed by installing UR1, and I know of only one issue introduced in UR1, a minor one. Other than that it's always best to apply the rollups (in dev and after testing in prod).

    2. Same as above for UR2, have a look at this page for list of issues fixed : http://support.microsoft.com/kb/2919956/en-us

    3. If you're going to install UR2, there is no need for you to install UR1 as UR2 is a cumulative update (meaning it will install everything in UR1 and itself). But if you want to install both, the order would be UR1 and then UR2 (although it makes no sense to install UR1 if you're going to install UR2 other than just checking what was fixed in UR1 alone). Reverse order is not possible.

    4. No, the CRM Server setup is available as RTM version. You need to install rollups manually.

    5. No guide required, simply download and run the files. http://mscrmhacks.com/dynamics-crm-2013-update-rollup-2/

    6. Yes, if you want to install UR2, you can skip installing UR1 as UR2 is a cumulative update as I stated in 3.

    7. Yes, it does.
