Both your Windows and Office installations are based on Blocked Volume License Keys.
    The installations are non-genuine.
For what version and edition of Windows is your computer licensed, according to the COA sticker on the case??

If it's Windows XP Pro, you *may* be able to use the Product Key Update Tool to change the Key to the one on the sticker - http://windows.microsoft.com/en-GB/windows/help/genuine/product-key

If it's anything else, you will need to reformat and reinstall that version, preferably using the manufacturer's Recovery disks.

Your copy of Office Enterprise  should be uninstalled, and a legal version of Office or other software installed.

  • An internet search for your product key shows it is widely and illegally distributed and pirated.
