How to index inner pages in live.search.com RRS feed

    My site have the following structure

    mysite.com/cityname.htm
    mysite.com/cityname/catname/id.htm
    mysite.com/cityname/catname/subcatname/id.htm

    Please let me know the reason for the live.search.com is not crawl the second level category pages so far.
