allow attendees to get appointments for the same time as organizer without requiring Exchange Server

  In WM 6.0, an attendee of a Calendar appointment sees the appointment set for a different time than the organizer who created it, if the organizer sends the appointment using POP or IMAP.  It would be ideal for the organizer and the attendees to both have the same time for the meeting so they can meet.  I realize the current behavior (of attendees receiving a different time) is by design, so my suggestion is changing the design so that Microsoft Exchange Server isn't required.
