Do I hit enter after I type %windir%\system32 into the web browser address bar?
Is it supposed to take me to a website?
Wednesday, October 19, 2011 9:30 PM -
I found the cmd.exe file and got to therun as administrator.
When I type in:(net stop slsvc) It says "not enough quota avialable to process this comand"

reboot and try again – that usually cures it.(and yes, hit the Enter key at the end of each typed instruction

I rebooted twice with the same result.
My computer is operating in reduced function mode. Not sure it that matters.

RFM shouldn’t make any difference.Hmmm – you should be able to boot to Safe Mode?If so, boot to Safe Mode, then open MSCONFIG and set it not to load startup items, click OK, and then reboot.Try the commands again.
