Your install is counterfeit. You have a Dell SLIC table and Product Key being used on a Toshiba machine, and a loader program that allowed it to bypass has been discovered. You will need to purchase a legal copy of Windows, format your drive and reinstall. Be sure to back up your data first. If you purchased the laptop with the OS installed, you should go back to the seller for a refund and reject any offer of an alternate Product Key.

Thank you, it was purchase from a shop like this. Is there any virus or anything weird that could be changing / stealing proper keys an swapping it for a dogey key without anyone knowing?

No it nothing like that. It is simply, a counterfeit install that used a hack program to bypass the activation. But that hack has now been discovered and blocked. The entire OS must be removed and a valid one installed to make this PC work again.
