Can you please break down your steps a little bit more. Perhaps I can help you iwth this issue. To recap
1. You install OneCare on your machine.
2. Click on subscribe
3. Enter your Windows Live Id and sign-in
4. Click Continue Online on the wizard
5. Reach a page which asks you to Subscribe versus Activate Product Key
Is that right? Do you hit an error at step 3 or Step 5 or somewhere later. There's an FAQ on this forum where you can reach support. If not, please use this forum, there are lots of helpful people here.
