Create a custom partylist in phone call activity RRS feed

  • Hello All,

    I want to add a custom partylist to phone call activity to replace standard partylist to the recipient field along with Account, Contact, Lead, system User.

  • There is no support in CRM for customizing Activity Parties. - Sorry.

    Maybe if you can provide more details on the functional requirement, there might be an alternative for you.

  • I want to bring custom entity  to the partylist of Phonecall activity, in sender or recipient fields.

    In fact I has a problem with CTI Cisco CRM connector, when a custom entity pop-ups, after I create an activity on the custom entity an error occurs, this is the error content in the CRM log:
