  • Hi MadCrix,

First off, you may want to contact the company that sold you the KMS Server and Client Licenses, depending on amount of Licenses you bought, option you included in your License agreement...so on, they may supply support.

Also, considering the last error message "The activation server determined that the specified product key could not be used" you may want to contact our Volume License Key Dept. at 888-352-7140. Just supply them with your License Agreement number and they can look up the Agreement and confirm that the key you are using is correct or maybe it was written down wrong or such. (They are available 24 hours a day).

Lastly, If the company, that sold you the KMS Licenses, doesn't provide support and the Product Key that you are using checks out, your last option is to go to the Windows Server 2003 Solution Center at http://support.microsoft.com/ph/3198 and if that doesn't help, click the "Contact a Support Professional by Email, Online, or Phone." link (upper right hand corner of the Solution Center page) and open a Windows Server 2003 support request (Install and Activation support is usually at no cost).
