I am trying to renew LiveOneCare--what a hassle. I'm in Canada--the language is correct on the Internet Options. I have been to billing information and made sure all the credit card information is up to date--every time I select "Renew" I get funneled to a form that will only take US region information when I try to input my province and country and Canadian postal code. Every time I try another route--I end up at the billing information for my MSN account, which confirms that I have premium msn service, but does not actually give me a link for renewing my LiveOne Care--I am TRYING to give you money and it should not be this hard . . .
