    1.  Your Office Enterprise 2007 is a nongenuine Volume Licensing installation that was done with a nongenuine Invalid Volume Licensing product Key.  Invalid means that the product key was mae upo by a pirating program called a Key Generator, of KeyGen for short.  Since this product key was never officially issued by Microsoft, it is Invalid.

    2.  Your standalone installation of Office Outlook 2007 is a genuine retail licensed installation, so no worried there.

    3.  Your Office Home and Student 2007 is a retail licensed installation that is not yet activated.  Until it is activated, the Validation system cannot provide a Validation status to tell us if it is Genuine or not, but it is very unusual for Office H&S 2007 to be counterfeited, so after activation it will most likely Validate just fine.

    In order to Get Genuine, here's what you have to do:

    1.  From the Programs applet of Control Panel, select and uninstall Office Enterprise 2007.  Restart the computer twice.

    2.  Click Start>All Programs>Office Home and Student 2007>Word.  When Word starts, it should present you with the actiation wizard; if so, activate normally online.  If no activation wizard, in Word click on the Office button, then Word Options button, then Resources, then click on the Activate button and activate online normally.  After activation, restart once.

    3.  Now visit www.microsoft.com/genuine and click on the Validate Office button.  Your Office H&S 2007 and Outlook 2007 should validate normally.

    You have an Invalid VLK showing for your Office install - and it's Office Enterprise.
    Office Enterprise is only sold to large organisations (usually more that 100 PC's) for use on their PC's If your PC belongs to a large organisation, see your System Administrator, and ask them for assistance
     
    If your PC is not owned by a large organisation, then whoever sold you lour Office install did so illegally.
    You need to make it legal, and pursue the vendor for a refund (if you can find them!).
    The only way to make it legal is to uninstall the illegal one, and install a legal one - which one is then up to you.
    You MAY be able to get a discount or even a free copy of Office, if you follow the link on the Notification, attempt to Validate Office, and when it fails, following the links from there.
