  • Hi all,

    Just a quick question regarding CRM 2011 online - We are currently using CRM for outlook and when we track an item it goes into Closed activities is their any way to change this?

  • I am guessing you are tracking emails. CRM considers all sent emails as being 'complete' and therefore they get put in the closed activities. Other activities (appointments, tasks) should be, by default, going into open activities.

    Other than modifying the email once it has hit CRM e.g. via a workflow, I cannot think of a way to change this behaviour.
