User Security Role in dynamics crm onpremise?

I have Four Users in Dynamics Crm OnPremise.I Have approve ribbon button (custom) in custom entity.Now i don't want show the Approve button for the first three users.for the fourth user i want show the approve button.how can i achieve this?could anybody help me out?

Hi,

You can keep the display rules logic in Javascritpt. It would be easier for you to modify in case of any change in requirement.
