Wether online or not the Display image shakes/vibrates constantly

Question

The display screen vibrates/shakes a few times about every 2 seconds. I've Windows updates, Lenovo updates, adjusting the brightness and non have worked all display setting are as recommended.

Hi,
I suppose it causes from hardware failure (bad electrical contact?).
Please consult the PC shop where you bought it or Lenovo contact center.____________
