Your problem appears to be with Office rather than Windows..... see the highlighted parts of your report, above.
You have an installation of Office Professional enabled by an Invalid Product Key - which means that it was never issued by MS and was therefore created by a hacker's KeyGen program.
    It was never valid.
You need to assess whether the materials supplied meet the criteria for an MS replacement or not - http://www.microsoft.com/howtotell/office/ will help - and then try and claim a refund from the vendor, and/or a complementary replacement from MS.

  • I do not own a legal or genuine Microsoft Office and have uninstalled the Microsoft Enterprise version twice and restarted - in the order that was suggested.  The genuine Office version still gives me the not a genuine office product message.  What do I do next?

  • My last message was a mistake. I DO NOW own a valid microsoft office product with a valid key. When validation is checked Microsoft reports that the product is genuine.  However, I still get the message. Please help.

Please run the MGADiag report again, and post the results in the Genuine Office forum - include a link back to this thread so that the experts there can see the history.
