Hi All,
Please share me valuable information for " how to add Action menu and custom buttons to Grid toolbar."
I would be very happy if anybody gives valuable response.

Hi Sudhakar,
you have to create your custom menu to add options, it seems you can't add option to existing action menu.
to create button on grid view you can refer

If you have some problems when modify the ISV.config, there is a great tool that can help you.
Try this tool: http://mscrmtools.wordpress.com/tools/isv-configuration-manager/Also, you have to turn on the ISV configuration in CRM in order to view your buttons in thw web client and outlook
