You have a retail motherboard with a COA SLP install. This may or may not activate depending on Microsoft's mood when viewing the phase of the moon. You can try by entering the Product Key that is listed on the COA Sticker on your PC, and the OS installed must match the OS listed on the COA sticker as well. You may need to activate by phone.
