CRM client for Outlook 2016

  Hi,

  I've upgraded my Office to 2016 and installed the CRM Outlook client.

  1) I don't get the configuration wizard when I launch Outlook but I can see that the CRM plugin shows as loaded

  2) When I manually start the config wizard (from the CRM client folder) it keeps telling me that "The user has not been assigned any License" which is obviously wrong
