Getting "Record is Unavailable" for Dashboard on Dynamics crm for Tablet RRS feed

  • Hi,

    I am getting "Record is Unavailable" error while opening the Tablet App for a specific role. i am not able to figure it out.

    Can anyone suggest me how to resolve this.

  • Do your users have rights to the out of the box Sales Dashboard? I recently heard that there is a bug regarding default dashboards. 

    An option is to configure the Sales Dashboard to show what you need and even rename it.

  • Are you facing this issue only in the Tablet

    if it's in the tablet thats strange!

    better check the security role for the entity that you displaying the records.
