Server sharing file problem

  Hi all,

  I've encouter a problem. The scenario is like this, in my company we are using a server to share file through out user. When there is a latest update on a particular file, one of the user could't get the latest update. Any solution for this problem?

  Server is using : Window Server 2008 R

  User is using : window 7 professional 64bit
