Outlook Not Updating Calendar for Service Activities when assigning a different person for activity RRS feed

    I use CRM 2011 to update my Outlook 2013 calendar for activities I do. When I create an activity for a colleague to complete it does not update their Outlook Calendar for them. This is really annoying. 

    Can someone tell me what I need to do to fix / make this happen?
