Right book for Exam 70-523?

Hello, i am a ASP.NET 3.5 MCPD, and my next upgrade exams to 4.0 is the Exam 70-523. For this exams there is no book, but for the general ASP.NET 4.0 MCPD exams 70-519 there is a new book:

MCPD 70-519 Training Guide: Designing and Developing Web Applications Using Microsoft® .NET Framework 4

Could i use for the upgrade exams the book? Has someone passed his exams with this book?

The 70-519 book will provide some assistance however it will not contain all the relevant topics covered in the 70-523 exam.
