Unable to login to LiveID, One Care deactivated. RRS feed

  • I reinstalled Windows Vista on my machine.  When I reactivated One care it left my original PC name as the hub pc with unknown characteristics.  My freshly loaded Windows installation was listed a a circle pc thus using 2/3 of my subscription for just one pc.  When I attempted to switch the hub to the new computer  instance I was unable to log into my LiveID account.  Every time I attempted to enter my username/password over a period of two days it gave me an error that I had logged in to many times and try again later.  It did this the very first time I attempted to login.  I was able to successfully change the password for the account but was still not allowed to login.  Consequently, my OneCare protection is disactivated leaving my computer unprotected and I can't login to my LiveOne to activate it.
