Tried getting Codec's for WMP

  I downloaded apparently the wrong one because I got a different player. I uninstalled it now my programs will not boot up. I have gone to Microsoft fixit and I cannot boot that up. It is like my computer is half on.

  When I would try to view certain videos WMP would say, not right codec.

  I ran Microsofts scan and it found 1 Trogan, couldn't remove. 92 registry errors.

  When I would try to start a program a window would come up and ask, What program would you like to use to open?

  Apparently I have made it worse. I can only get on by going to My Computer.
