Sing on shows other user sign on

WIN10 sign on from SLEEP option shows other user signed on, and computer resources are low. I have to turn off laptop, and I can sign on. How can I discover who uses laptop, do have McFee virus protection. Thanks

I'm not sure I can understand your situation.
I suppose you do not set password to any user accounts.
If this is correct, please give user accounts their own password.
