Stacking?versioning - Please help/explain

  I have only recently started using MS Expression Media 2 and I cannot find how to do ;-
  
  1. - Stacking - Where two or more otherwise unrelated images are grouped together and displayed as a single image when viewing the catalog.
  
    How do I create a stack of images ?
    How do I select which of the stacked images is displayed by default in the catalog thumbnails ?
    How does Expression Media indicate that a particular thumbnail represents a stack of two or more images ?
  
  
  2. - Versions - Where one or more versions (in say TIFF format) of a single RAW file are generated how do I combine these into a single catalog thumbnail ?
              e.g  -  I have one TIFF version of a RAW file for Web display and another TIFF version of the same RAW file for printing purposes.
  
    How do I gather these two TIFF files together with the original RAW version ?
    How do I get that gathering of image versions to be represented by a single thumbnail in the catalog ?
    How does Expression Media indicate that a particular thumbnail represents a number of versions of the same image ?
  
  
  3. - I would appreciate any help in getting Expression Media 2 and Capture One 4 Pro (v4.7) working together so that changes I make in Capture One are reflected in Expression Media (thumbnail and image views) ?
