CRM 3.0 and CRM 4.0 Timed out RRS feed

  • Hi,

    I'm facing a problem with CRM which is that it times out while i'm working so i have to relog on. This is causing me trouble because sometimes while doing customizations it times out when i hadn't saved yet.

    What's the solution for that?

    Is it a bug in CRM?

    I found the solution: it's to go to Internet Options--> Advanced and remove the tick from Enable integrated Windows Authentication.

  • I've noticed this when working in Internet Explorer on the server where the CRM web-site is installed.

     

    If you browse to the CRM web-site from a different computer the timeouts seem not to occur. I never found out the answer but I suspect that it is an IIS setting/behaviour.
