  • Just started getting this message out of the blue. At first I couldnt log in, then after two or three reboots I was able to log in but Itunes and Windows media player wont work, and that pesky message keeps coming up. I've been browsing through other threads and found something about a cmd.exe (or something like that) and havent found it on my computer. Dont have my CD's with installation info on them, the closest I found was an update disc. Any help would be appreciated. Diagnostic info:

  • The error message just means the tool wasn't able to create an log file (we don't use that log file anyways), the copy button will still work.

  • Still wont copy it. Getting the message "Failed to create output files, hr= 0x8007000d. Please contact support."

    IGNORE the error message - the output will still paste to your response.
    (The  error message simply means that the tool was unable to save the backup files it made to the rood directory)
