Just started getting this message out of the blue. At first I couldnt log in, then after two or three reboots I was able to log in but Itunes and Windows media player wont work, and that pesky message keeps coming up. I've been browsing through other threads and found something about a cmd.exe (or something like that) and havent found it on my computer. Dont have my CD's with installation info on them, the closest I found was an update disc. Any help would be appreciated. Diagnostic info:

The error message just means the tool wasn't able to create an log file (we don't use that log file anyways), the copy button will still work.
Thank you,

IGNORE the error message - the output will still paste to your response.(The error message simply means that the tool was unable to save the backup files it made to the rood directory)
