Is there Welsh language support for CRM?

  MS CRM v4.0 supports 15 languages but unfortunately Welsh is not one of them. You'll need to use the English language version of MS CRM. You will however be able to save welsh characters into MS CRM fields as the system will support you saving the welsh character set into the database. 

  
  

  You might find it of interest that the welsh government also uses MS CRM. (the english language version).

  We have just released a CRM with a Welsh Language interface - http://free-crm.inpractice.org - it's completely free and we're working on MS OFFICE integration
