Alert in Outlook for a task created in CRM RRS feed

    We are interested in implementing CRM in our organisation.

    Currently we are using the trial version and trying to understand the different features.

    I have a created a task/phone appointment in CRM (for myself/assign it to others)

    I want a alert/pop up (like we have for meeting in outlook calender)

    Is that possible?

    What settings i need to change?

    I have already sync my calender with CRM. It still doesnt appear in the calender.

    Can you please help me with this?
