Hi,
I have a CRM 4.0 deployment. Users are getting the following error when trying to login:

I solved this by doing the redeployment again and mapping the users automatically, not manually.

Go by Automatic user mapping by lastname or by Email address and once u see mappings are done there will be few
users whos mapping will not be done.
Either the users doesnt exist at AD or might have been deleted from the AD.
System may just promt you for the Alert but you can proceed.

I need to know how we can map users automatically into ms crm 4.0.
I know only manual way of doing so.
Please guide me asap.

Sorry for the Delay Response..
During the Import Wizard you get the option for "Select Method for Mapping Uses". In that screen you can select the way you want to map the users.In my earlier post i mean for this page where you can either go for Manual selection or by Auto-map Uers option.
If you go for auto map users it maps the existing users of the DB to that of the AD Users.
Hope this clarify your doubt.
